1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Social Studio, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Connected platforms

Social Studio publishes to Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube through their official APIs. You must have the right to manage every Page, account, and channel you connect, and you must follow each platform’s own terms, including the Meta Terms and the YouTube Terms of Service. Platform features, permissions, and limits can change at any time and are outside our control.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload and publish. You grant us only the permission needed to store, process, and publish it on your behalf. You are responsible for your content and must not post anything unlawful, infringing, or that violates platform rules.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to send spam, evade platform limits, access accounts you are not authorized to manage, or interfere with the service’s operation.

6. Availability

We aim for reliable publishing but do not guarantee that every post will publish at the exact scheduled time or at all. See the Disclaimer.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for actions taken by third-party platforms.

9. Changes
